Michelle Altick

Senior Attorney

Michelle Altick, a San Diego native, attended UC Davis, where she received a B.S. in Managerial Economics and a B.A. in Spanish. Michelle attended the Universidad de Granada in Spain to complete her coursework for her Spanish degree. Michelle received her J.D. from UC Hastings College of Law where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review “Constitutional Law Quarterly”.

Michelle is a seasoned transactional attorney with over 15 years of experience. Michelle has built lasting relationships with her clients, assisting them with a variety of transactional real estate services ranging from purchase and sale, leasing, diligence, and general legal counsel.

Michelle has worked with investors, developers, property owners, small business owners, tenants, landlords, lenders, and other businesses in transactional and commercial real estate matters, identifying emerging areas of risk and advising clients based on business goals.
